The Durham Museum, a homeschool-friendly museum in Omaha, NE hosts hands-on homeschool days during the school year for all area homeschooling families.

Holidays Around the World

For the first time, They Durham Museum is offering a full curriculum guide for this event, complete with standards, pre-visit activities, post-visit activities, and additional resources. Their Education Department sincerely hopes you find this curriculum helpful and that it will encourage you to sign up for the event on December 6th.

The cost for an individual Home School Happenings event is $8 for members and $10 for non-members. You may also sign up for all four 2012-2013 school year programs at a cost of $25 for members and $30 for non-members. Payment is required upon reservation. The Durham Museum also hosts a Teacher's Night every Fall; home educators are invited to attend this educator-only educational event.
