Teach Them Diligently Convention

Christian families find support, motivation, and encouragement at Teach Them Diligently homeschool conventions!

These conventions go beyond the typical homeschool conference to not only embrace the "how-to's" of Christian home education, but you will also learn about missions, discipleship and Christian parenting.

David Nunnery, a homeschooling dad and president of Worldwide Tentmakers, together with his wife, Leslie, started the convention in 2012. Because of the strong entrepreneurial spirit and propensity for missions, David felt called to reach the Christian home school community.

"Whether we realize it or not, we reproduce who we are in our children, and consequently, homeschool families have a constant need for renewal and encouragement in Christ. This is the reason for Christian homeschool conventions; at least, this is the reason for the TTD Convention. We believe that our convention should be a waterfall of enrichment and encouragement in Christ, and a re-focus toward discipleship." David Nunnery

Discipleship of Children

Although you will find lots of homeschooling information, how-to sessions, curriculum vendors and other much-needed home education support, the foundation of the conference will be discipleship, specifically discipleship of children to glorify God.

Jackie, Home Educator, Colorado

I just wanted to share a quick story on my journey to homeschooling.

After watching our three oldest nieces go through the public school system, and having numerous friends who have had problems with public schools, when I found out I was expecting a child, I knew I would be homeschooling. I started out by doing ALOT of research, mainly on the internet. And found dozens of websites with so much free information it was amazing, and a blessing!

And since he has been old enough, I have worked daily with him on the basics. As soon as his little sister is old enough, I will be working with her too. We haven't worked out a curriculum yet, because he's still young, but thanks to your website, I'm well on my way, and I look forward to watching my children learn and grow!

Thank you, Heather for putting all this wonderful information together!
