We just used School of Tomorrow ACE homeschool curriculum for the first time and I love it! I have seven kids ranging in age from a fifteen year-old in 10th grade, to a one year-old. With one in high school, two in middle school (8th and 6th), two in elementary school (4th and 2nd), one in preschool, and a toddler, I needed something easy and quick, where they could often work independently.
In the past we had tried unit studies curriculum, where everyone does the same thing just on different levels, as well as traditional curriculum, but we never found a true fit until now.
With ACE homeschool curriculum, each child knows what is expected of them and how long they have to do lessons. They can work independently and they have the ability to work ahead. When one needs help, it is not a problem for me to focus on them for a while because everyone else is working.
The paces for the younger kids are colorful, attractive and easy to understand.
We did not allow are children to write in the paces. Instead, they wrote their answers in notebooks. That way, we can reuse the books for all seven kids instead of having to purchase them seven times. I highly recommend ACE paces to families with multiple children!
