Rod & Staff Building Christian English Homeschool Curriculum Review

We used Rod & Staff's Building Christian English homeschool curriculum with my daughter for 2nd grade. It was extremely easy to use, and I liked the fact that most of the sentences were Bible-based.

The lessons didn't take long to complete, and my daughter retained the information easily.

Unfortunately, the next two years we switched to a different curriculum provider because a friend gave us their old materials, and we really didn't enjoy it at all. The lessons seemed to take twice as long as the Rod & Staff lessons, and they just felt tedious and tiresome to complete.

We'll definitely be switching back to Rod & Staff English for 5th grade.
