Jed Cartwright Adventure Series E-Books = Totally Free Stuff for Homeschoolers!

Jed Cartwright Adventure Series E-Books = Totally Free Stuff for Homeschoolers!

Keep your middle-school kids reading this summer! Download a free adventure series, compliments of Ed Dunlop, author of the Terrestria Chronicles allegory series and Cross and Crown Publishing.

The JED CARTWRIGHT ADVENTURE SERIES
Six complete books written for middle readers by Ed Dunlop (author of the Terrestria Chronicles allegory series). Set in the pioneer era, the Jed Cartwright series tells the story of Jed Barrett and his sister, Mandy. Orphaned by the fever of 1860, the desperate young people set out to find a home of their own and are eventually adopted by the wealthy Jake Cartwright family.

Each story is filled with fast-paced action and adventure, but each book was written to encourage young readers to love the Lord and do what is right. The six titles include:
The Midnight Escape
The Lost Gold Mine
The Comanche Raiders
The Lighthouse Mystery
The Desperate Slave
The Midnight Rustlers

PHANTOM PILOT
Here's an action-packed POW story from the Vietnam War. The pilot of an F-4 Phantom fighter-bomber, Lt. Lance Wilkins is young and daring, but his world is turned upside down when his plane is shot down over North Vietnam on a "routine" bombing mission. Captured and imprisoned in the infamous “Hanoi Hilton” POW prison, Lance comes face to face with the bitterness he carries in his heart because of the death of his twin sister.

Based on the actual accounts of more than fifty American POWs held in North Vietnam, Phantom Pilot gives an accurate picture of the trials and torments endured by POWs in the prisons of Hanoi. The book is written for Junior High and High School readers, as younger readers might find the descriptions of prison conditions a bit intense.

Phantom Pilot is a story of patriotism and courage, love and forgiveness, hope and restoration. It was written to honor the Lord Jesus Christ and instill in the reader a love for what is right in America.

SHERLOCK JONES JUNIOR DETECTIVE SERIES, BOOKS 5 and 6
Join two sixth-grade sleuths in their two most recent cases! Penny Gordon chronicles the adventures as she and her genius friend Sherlock Jones unravel the clues on two baffling cases.

Sherlock Jones and the Missing Coins – In order to save an elderly friend’s farm, Penny searches for a canning jar of gold coins hidden by a man more than sixty years earlier, while Sherlock uses his computer to accomplish the same objective in a very different way. Not your average politically correct story for children, the book gives a message about the extreme environmentalism that threatens western civilization today.

Sherlock Jones and the Odyssey Mystery – When Penny and Sherlock accompany Mr. Diamond on a voyage on a high-tech research ship, they run into an adventure that will have international consequences.

All nine E-Books are downloadable in PDF format and are available as FREE gifts from www.TalesOfCastles.com.
