JoAnn Homeschool Discount Problem

I signed up for a discount from Joann Fabrics using your PEAH access code in August and I never received a card. In the past when I have signed up, it has taken far longer than the eight weeks they have promised it in. At times it has taken about six months to receive it. Am I doing something incorrectly? I am quite frustrated with the situation given, when I need the card, it isn't here.

Hi Stephanie,
I am sorry that you have had so much trouble trying to enroll in JoAnn's educator discount program. Oddly enough, I started PEAH (pay-ah) because of the problems and inconsistencies I experienced and heard others had when trying to receive the discount JoAnn offers.

What I suggest you do is contact JoAnn's Customer Service Department and ask them to resend you another card.

If they do not have you in their system, I can resend you your number to sign-up online again.

I have never heard of it taking so long to get a card in the mail. I received mine a couple weeks after I signed up. I have heard of others not receiving their card in the mail though. IF you still do not get your card in a reasonable amount of time, let me know.
