Learning Language Arts Through Literature Review

by Judy

I have used Learning Language Arts Through Literature for all four of my children, from 2nd Grade through Freshman Highschool as of this year. All of my children like it. It is easy to use - I just follow along in the teacher book. There are about four books that they are required to read in a year, and they are classical books which are fun to read.

Learning Language Arts Through Literature teaches the kids without the endless monotomy of "busywork". They learn a lesson and then practice it. The kids don't get bored, and it doesn't take long to do a day's lesson. Each lesson is divided by week and by day, so you know exactly how much needs to be done.

I definitely recommend Learning Language Arts Through Literature for anyone who wants to teach their kids Language Arts without losing their interest, and provide them good literature to read.

Thanks for the Learning Language Arts Through Literature review, Judy. We love LLATL for all the reasons you do too! Blessings, Heather :)
