Eliminate Homeschooling Math Frustration
I have been homeschooling my son for 3 years now. He is in the 3rd grade. Until now, he hated math. I ordered Teaching Textbooks Math 3 last week. He started this program Monday, and he is already on lesson 16. He LOVES math now! He doesn't want to stop "playing" on the computer. The wonderful thing about this homeschooling math curriculum is that it automatically grades and tutors the child. When he gets an answer wrong, it will discuss the problem with him to let him see where he went wrong. I can go into the gradebook to see if he looked at the solution to the problems he had gotten wrong, and if I want him to redo that lesson, I can delete it so he can start over again. This curriculum is so self explanatory that my 1st grader is working on it also. She loves it too and she doesn't normally like to work on the computer. If you aren't able to work on a computer to do the work, it has a workbook that is just as comprehensive as the cds. I would recommend this program to anyone who has a homeschooler, or even public schooled children, who are having difficulties in math. Lynda, I love your Teaching Textbooks review!
