Homeschooling in Illinois Question

Are you homeschooling in Illinois? Chicago mom wants to homeschool her daughter this year, but needs a little guidance...

I have twins that I tried to get into a specific school, and only one got in. I'm thinking of homeschooling the other one so I can prepare her for the test this year.

The school she is in is way behind the school I want her in, so I think I can do a better job at preparing her. I live in Chicago and don't know what the procedure would be to homeschool her.
