Homeschool Reviews: The Container Store

The Container Store is a multi-location store in California that primarily sales organizational supplies. I have been a loyal shopper for at least ten years. For many years, I would drive from Los Angeles to their store in Costa Mesa because I enjoyed the store so much. Luckily now they have more locations to serve their customers.

They offer teacher discount cards (15% discount) that are available to homeschool parents.

Their products range from closet, kitchen, and office organization to memorabilia, gift wrap and scrapbook organization/supplies. If you can think of it, you can find it there.

The Container Store prices are comparable to other national retailers but for the quality of the products, they can't be beat. My sons are entering 9th and 6th grade and actually enjoy shopping there. They enjoy seeing all the "cool" products.

The staff is also really knowledgeable and always willing to help. Another thing that is helpful is how they set-up store displays to show the products and how they can be used.

Their annual sales, throughout the year, for specific product lines is a real savings. They also offer classes/workshops with specific themes: travel, back to school, dorm life, etc. I'm sure I'm not the only person who enjoys the Container Store. Happy Shopping!
