Kindergarten Homeschool Curriculum

If you are looking for an already-planned-out, Christian homeschool curriculum, Heart of Dakota may be an option for you. Check out what this user has to say...

I love Heart of Dakota homeschool curriculum. My daughter is in Kindergarten and I love how the teacher's manual is already planned out. With Heart of Dakota, there is no planning on my part wondering what we will do for the day. The daily readers are wonderful. It is also a christian curriculum which is what we were looking for.

Thanks for sharing what you like about Heart of Dakota homeschool curriculum, Dana; your thoughts are much appreciated! Blessings, Heather :)

Heart of Dakota Review: Little Hands to Heaven and Bigger Hearts for His Glory

Heart of Dakota Homesc hool Curriculum Review

Heart of Dakota homeschool curriculum review: Mom of three homeschooling boys shares why she uses "Little Hands to Heaven" and "Bigger Hearts for His Glory" with her sons.

I am currently using Little Hands with my 6yo boy and thoroughly enjoying it! Just the right amount of time for his attention span (15-20 min.) Great and fun way to learn sounds and all of the basics. I am also using Bigger Hearts with two boys - 8 and 11.

My younger son is using the beginning readers books and my older one is using the extension package. Once again it is a great fit for the two of them - especially the older who has had a difficult time reading. More than once he has started a book only to say, "...it's ok." to finishing a book and saying, "Mom, that one was really Good!" Encouraging to him and me.

Our biggest surprise and like is the poetry! Each week they get to orate it to their brothers any way they want - fun to hear and see them working on their speaking. Orr 13 yo joins in on these also. Overall it is a great fit for our family and is truly "open and go."

Heart of Dakota Curriculum: Four Kids, Six Years

by Monica
(Nunica, MI, USA)

Homeschool mom of four says, "Don't pull your hair out; check out Heart of Dakota curriculum"...

We really enjoy Heart of Dakota curriculum. We've used this curriculum for the last six years and with the extension packages I can homeschool four kids without feeling like I'm going to pull my hair out. It's complete in every subject and REALLY helps us to stay on task even if we fall off for a family outing or holiday we can pick right back up and continue without trying to figure out where we were. My kids love to know what's expected of them for the day / week / etc. so they can look in the teacher book and easily see what's to come. They also enjoy the variety of books which are used in this curriculum, they say they like not feeling like they spend / spent all their time in just one book.

Monica, thanks for sharing some great reasons to use Heart of Dakota curriculum. I appreciate the time you took to help others! Blessings, Heather :)
