Grade 6 Homeschool Curriculum Review

Grade 6 Homeschool Curriculum Review

If you're looking for a structured and inexpensive text for your sixth-grader, then this is the perfect text to use. It requires minimal instruction, as each section provides examples and practice, which is extremely beneficial for families of multi-aged students, such as myself (I have a newborn, 2, 3, 4, 10, and 11 year old! Whew!).

For my classroom, I chose to use this text along with a U.S. History text, a grade six Christian-based science text, and various books from the Bible with a student devotional. This served to provide a well-rounded curriculum for my sixth grader.

I would highly recommend this text to anyone who, like myself, is eclectic and likes to mix and match ideas to keep things interesting for her home classroom.
