Easy Peasy All in One Homeschool

I found Easy Peasy All in One Homeschool at the beginning of this school year. It is 100% contained online. There are no books to buy, no time consuming research for mom or dad. It is a full curriculum from preK- 8th grade all laid out for you with links to any outside reading material.
There is also a sister site that is still being completed called allinonehighschool.com. For instance Bible courses link to an online Bible. Literature links out to an electronic copy of the selected book. There are paths that you choose each year that dictate whether your lessons will be science focused or geography based, for instance. These vary each year so that in 4 years you will have taught from each angle. Older students can simply do all of their work on their computer/laptop with little to no assistance.
I had an 8th grader I pulled out of public school who tested at the 5th grade level for math several months ago. Since he has been using Easy Peasy, he is currently on grade level for 7th grade. We did take him back rather than keep him in 8th grade just because of how behind he was. But he has responded very well to the material and the presentation of it.
I really love that the paths that you choose go across the grade levels. So for a part of the
day, your lessons will apply to the older kids and the younger kids at the same time. I think this helps it sink in with the older kids and the younger ones get instruction from as well as the older siblings. I am looking forward to bringing home my youngest two kids to begin homeschooling with this 100% FREE curriculum.
The best perks are that it is all the way planned out for you. All material is provided (minus any notebooks and if desired science experiment supplies.)
I am currently using it for a 7th grader. I love that it is customizable at will so if I determine that he is advanced in Geography, I can select that day's lesson from the 8th grade curriculum instead, for example.
I will be bringing home my 1st grader and 3rd grader this month to use this curriculum as well.
Another perk is that learning the same theme across the ages allows the little ones to feel like they "belong" and have something in common with their older siblings. It fosters togetherness.
The curriculum can be found at www.allinonehomeschool.com.Natalie,
