Alpha Omega Home School: Horizons for Math, Phonics and Reading

We absolutely LOVE the Alpha Omega home school Horizons Math and will be using it for the 3rd year in a row when we start up our new school year. We tried the Horizons Phonics and Reading for Kindergarten last year and my daughter is already reading at her sister's 3rd grade level.

I was nervous at the thought of teaching Phonics since it was my first time, but Horizons does a GREAT job of it, though it is a pretty intense program so it may not be suitable for all learners. My daughter WANTED to learn to read so her determination and motivation probably helped her get to where she is today.
